Midlantic Property Management offers a new communication service for our community Associations. STATCOM can provide your Association instantaneous communication with your residents via their home, work and cell phones, as well as their personal e-mail.
STATCOM can be used to notify your entire community, select groups such as individual buildings or streets, or customized call groups for special notifications. Our service provides your Association with unlimited usage providing you a very efficient and cost effective method of communicating with your residents on a regular basis.
Your property manager can access our STATCOM system 24 hours a day with a prepared message, approved by your Board, which will be immediately transmitted via phone and/or e-mail to the contact information provided to us by your residents. We will maintain all contact information for your residents and regularly update the information as we are informed of any modifications.
For a modest cost, you will have the opportunity to have unlimited communication with your residents each month and most importantly be able to contact them instantaneously when an emergency arises. Our STATCOM service is included in our fee structure for full-time on-site management.
